This year the Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum is going to be held for the fourth time on the 1st and 2nd of November in Kiev.
The Forum is aimed at boosting the software development and outsourcing services market both in Ukraine and Eastern Europe. A separate session of the Forum will be dedicated to the discussion of the global trends in IT markets and current issues of IT outsourcing.
The Forum organizers are the Ukrainian Hi-Тech Initiative (www.hi-tech.org.ua), an alliance of the leading Ukrainian IT and BPO services providers, and marketing communications agency "PR Kvadrat", an organizer of the large scale and specialized PR and BTL events.
Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum is mainly aimed at ITO and BPO services development in Central and Eastern Europe. This year Baltic Outsourcing Association (BOA) and Hungarian Outsourcing Association supported the event among other partners.

Within the Forum Mr. Masalskis and BOA team are going to hold several round-table discussions regarding Facilities Management Processes Outsourcing, and dedicated to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), during which there will be highlighted BPO management and development specifics in the EU countries.
